3C buys back shares from Aquila

3C buys back shares from Aquila

The management of 3C Consultants has bought back the 25% shareholding held by Aquila Services, since 2018.

3C has paid a cash consideration equivalent to Aquila’s original cost of investment plus 15%.

Although the relationship with Altair, a subsidiary of the Aquila Group has been a beneficial one, there have been significant changes in the senior management team of both Altair and Aquila. As a result 3C has decided to buy back Aquila's 25% shareholding, 3C is now fully owned by Colin Sales, Claire Bayliss and Charles Brooks.

"I see this as a hugely positive step for us and reinforces the confidence that we have in the future." said 3C CEO Colin Sales.
