Daniel joined the 3C Connect team in Spring 2022 as a Trainee Consultant on the KickStart programme. He is excited to begin his career in social housing, and will be focused on expanding his skill set around the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
Daniel completed a year-long IT apprenticeship at Helen and Douglas House. As a network engineer, his responsibilities included completing a server overhaul as well as delivering IT service desk support. Daniel’s passion for supporting users to be confident IT users, combined with his extensive customer service experience, will be an asset to delivering the 3C Connect vision – helping organisations to maximise their utilisation of 365 applications.
