Lesley has worked in local government, the social housing and private housing sectors for the nearly 25 years and has over ten years’ experience within management consultancy. She has worked closely with many different housing associations, local authorities, LSVTs and ALMOs to enable tangible benefits through the introduction of ICT systems.

Lesley has extensive experience in ICT business transformation, procurement, implementation, migration, options appraisals, business systems analysis, business case development, project management and strategy. She is an expert in software systems including housing management, finance, electronic document management, purchase to pay, HR and Payroll, asset management and mobile.
