Associate Consultant Director
Paul is an experienced senior consultant with over 35 years’ experience in the housing and public sectors. He holds MCIH, Prince2 Practitioner and EFQM Assessor qualifications. Paul has championed business transformation through best use of ICT at two of former employers, Wakefield and District Housing Trust (Director of Planning, Strategy and IT) and Coast and Country Housing Group (Exec. Director of Business Support), where Paul directly managed large housing sector IT teams. Paul understands strategic business and how to achieve cultural change. He has extensive experience in data security (inc ISO 27001), risk management, audit processes, welfare benefit reform and employment law.
As a consultant, Paul has project managed the introduction of mobile working; the delivery of new website and intranet; and the migration of services to the cloud. Experienced in the review of IT services; development of IT strategy; development of IT and data protection policies; and options appraisal. Paul also provides Data Security Awareness training.
