Turning data into assurance with 3C Data Logic
3C's work with Trident Housing featured in Housing Technology magazine
How structured data governance delivered measurable returns for a key provider in the West Midlands
3C is pleased to share that our work with Trident Group has been featured in the May 2026 issue of Housing Technology magazine, the UK's leading technology publication for the social housing sector.
The article by Wayne Squire, Executive Director of Data and Information, and Gary Wooldridge, Insight and Innovation Manager at Trident Group, sets out their new structured approach to data governance, built on the 3C Data Logic platform.
Trident's journey has been from inconsistent, manually corrected reporting to governed data at source, with around 300 rules now checking property, tenancy, occupancy and compliance data automatically.
It also details one of the clearest wins: a transformation in how Trident handles Subject Access Requests (SARs). By indexing and searching across systems in a single process, response times fell from weeks to around a day, saving an estimated £35,000 a year and freeing up 175 working days for higher-value work.
"Seeing this work highlighted in Housing Technology is a real endorsement, not just of 3C Data Logic, but of the commitment Trident's team have shown to getting their data right. Assurance and return on investment like this are exactly what we set out to help our clients achieve,"
said Colin Sales, CEO at 3C.
